By accessing auraspear.com or using AuraSpear products, you agree to these Terms. If you use our products on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with availability, or scrape content systematically without permission.
3. Subscription products
Commercial use of SpearX, OTIGMA, and AuraCore is governed by a separate Master Subscription Agreement (MSA). The MSA, including any Statement of Work, prevails over these Terms in the event of conflict.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AuraSpear or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimers
The website is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraSpear disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
